She was predeceased by: her mothers, Lola Jasper and Isabelle Barnwell (Rhodes); her daughter Rita Bailey; and her grandchildren, Mike Worley and Kelly Ann Chambers.
She is survived by: her children, James Chambers (Teresa), Lynn Worley (Al) and Beverly Rogers (Norman); and her sisters, Rosa Lee Hines and Pauline Wilkie. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
