She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Morgan and Opal Taylor Morgan; her husband Geary Luther Cordell; her son Randy Cordell; and her brother Ronald Zack Morgan.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Goldstein of Hendersonville, Kim Lowe of Arden and Rodney Cordell of Palm Coast, FL; her siblings, JoAnn Robinson of Mills River and Morris Morgan of Candler; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Amanda, Lauren, Nicholas and Ashley. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
At Gwynn's request, no local service will be held, however, for those who choose, a donation may be made in her memory to Four Seasons Compassion For Life, 571 S. Allen Road, Flat Rock, NC 28731.
