He was predeceased by: his parents, William James McLaughlin and Gladys Finta Waycaster McLaughlin; and his wife Becky McLaughlin. He is survived by: his children, Lynn McLaughlin (Michael Early) of Fletcher, NC, Paula Barnes (Joseph) of Fletcher, NC and Adrian Gallion (Jerry) of Columbia, SC; his brother James McLaughlin of Landrum, SC; and his grandchildren, Dakota Jarvis of Fletcher, NC and Dana Wall of Fletcher, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
