She was predeceased by: her parents, Don C. Burleson and Joyce Burleson. She is survived by: her son John Merrell; her sisters, Pat Carter (Roy) and Sandy Rhineberger (John); her granddaughter Amanda Merrell; her great grandchild Hazel Kay; and her close friend Linda Culler. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
