He is survived by: his wife Mary Parker (Howell) of Fletcher; his children, Chuck Parker of Fletcher, Missy Holland (Tim) of Fletcher and Susan Parker of Norfolk, VA; his grandchildren, Courtney Manzer (Oliver), Erin and Bella Holland; and his sister Judy Wanfried.
