He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Busby Bailey. He is survived by: his son Christopher Bailey (Suzanna Martin); his brothers-in-law, Bob Busby (Bonnie) of Asheville, NC and Dr. Rudy Busby (Karen) of Salisbury, NC; and his cousin Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Calvary Episcopal Church (2840 Hendersonville Rd, Fletcher, NC 28732).
