He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Higgins and Katherine Fox Higgins of Fletcher; and his sister Kathy Venita Higgins. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Deyton (Bart) of Jacks Creek, Sarah Myers (Shawn) of Old Fort and Billy Higgins of Marion; his grandchildren, Isaac, Zach, Ana, Calee and Aliah; and his sisters, Kay Silvers (Ralph) of Marion, Rita Higgins of Langford Branch and Diane Waterman (Bob) of Fletcher. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
