She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hubert Sr. and Sue Mahaffey McMinn; her husband Arnold "Bill" Blythe; her son Danny Blythe; and her siblings, C. D., John, James Jr., David, Bobby McMinn and Nancy Swayngim.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda of Fletcher, NC and Sandy Blythe of Fletcher, NC; and her brothers, Billy (Joy) of Fletcher, Dennis (Linda) of Mills River, Tom of Mills River and Donald of Mills River.
