She was predeceased by: her parents, Bayles Moore and Helen Moore; her daughter Anne Lewis Wolfe; her grandsons, Will Lewis and Matt Lewis; and her siblings, Ralph, Alvin, Walter, Mary Jane, Reba and Kathleen "Kitty".
She is survived by: her children, Cathey Lewis, Billie Gayle Lewis, Bill Lewis and Grover Lewis (Bo); her grandchildren, Tessa Lewis, Toni Bowen, Chuck Shepherd, Joey Shepherd and Chris Glunt; and her siblings, Reese and June. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
