She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Howell and Cleo Woodie Howell; and her great grandchild Braden South. She is survived by: her husband Neal Wagner; her children, Neal "Howell" Wagner (Brenda) of Arcadia, FL, Thomas "Lowell" Wagner (Carolyn) of Fleetwood, Rebecca "Carol" South (LT) and Emily "Jane" Edwards (Darren) of Todd; her siblings, Carroll Howell of Sparta, Ann Winebarger of Fleetwood and Mary Lynn Caparolie of West Jefferson; her grandchildren, Danny South (Taylor), Chris Edwards, Deanna Thompson (Dale), Damon South (Michelle), Carmen Osborne (Jeremy), Nicole Smith (Josh), Caroline Goss (Luke) and Kendall Wagner; and her great grandchildren, Cullen, Camille South, Atlas, Selah South, Danielle, Daelyn Thompson, Timber South and Cooper Osborne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
