He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Brooks and Frances Brooks (Church); and his son Thomas Wade Brooks Junior. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Brooks (Phillips) of Fleetwood; his son Kevin Brooks (Lisa) of Oxford, Pennsylvania; his grandsons, Thomas Wade Brooks III, Chris Brooks and Justin Brooks; and his great grandchildren, Damion and Kaylee Brooks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
