It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Neal Wagner of Fleetwood, North Carolina, who passed away on February 2, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Inez Wagner; his great grandchild Braden South; and his siblings, Stanley, Ray Wagner and Sue Davenport.
He is survived by: his children, Neal "Howell" Wagner (Brenda) of Arcadia, FL, Thomas "Lowell" Wagner (Carolyn) of Fleetwood, Rebecca "Carol" South (Dan) of Newland and Emily "Jane" Edwards (Darren) of Todd; his brothers, Mac Wagner of Bristol, VA and Walter Wagner (Marie) of Abingdon, VA; his grandchildren, Danny South (Taylor), Derek South (Nicole), Chris Edwards, Deanna Thompson (Dale), Damon South (Michelle), Carmen Osborne (Jeremy), Nicole Smith (Josh), Caroline Goss (Luke) and Kendall Wagner (Laura); and his great grandchildren, Cullen, Camille South, Atlas, Selah South, Danielle, Daelyn Thompson, Timber, Thistlee South, Cooper Osborne, Riley Smith and Noah Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
