He is survived by: his father Lowell Penley of Fleetwood; his fiancée Joann Stanton of Fleetwood; his children, Austin Penley of West Jefferson, Angel Penley of Fleetwood and Kendra Penley of Crumpler; his siblings, Ricky Penley (Diana) of Todd, Shelia Johnson (Jeff) of West Jefferson and Rita Lambert (Mike) of Fleetwood; his stepson Max Staton of Fleetwood; and his grandchildren, Nicole Parker, David Penley, Hunter Penley, Madison Rash and Jackson Kelly. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
