Vernon, Illinois, Callie Shepherd, Haley Phipps, Kendall Shepherd, Macie Richardson, Keelan Phipps and Weston Lambert; his stepgrandchildren, Gage Lambert and Laci Lambert; his great grandchildren, Phoenix and Arlo Brooks; and his siblings, Carroll Phillips, Clayton Phillips, John Phillips of Fleetwood and Charlotte Trivette of Fleetwood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
