It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Jane Dean (Fleetwood, North Carolina), who passed away on April 23, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Fred Kelley of Steele Missouri; her daughter Rebecca Alice Dean; her grandchildren, Alyssa Lauren Frieberg and Elaina Nicole Frieberg; and her husband Clarence Edward Dean Jr..
