He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter "Worth" and Elda Lena McNeill. He is survived by: his wife Rita McNeill; his sons, Allen McNeill (Laura) of Fleetwood, Jimmy McNeill (Misty) of West Jefferson and Tommy McNeill of West Jefferson; and his grandchildren, Delaney, Vail, Cora McNeill and Colton McNeill of Fleetwood.
