He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Cushing; and his sister Janet Lynn Toombs. He is survived by: his parent Jane Williams Cushing; his children, Angala Christine Cushing and Zachary William Cushing; his grandchildren, Dakota E. Page and Camden W. Page; and his brother Thomas Maurice Cushing. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.
