He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Douglas Roberts and Zelda Bohun Drayton; his wife Linda Prather Roberts; his sons, Walter Douglas "Terry" Roberts II (Mai) of Flat Rock and James "Jimmy" Carter Roberts (Angelika) of Wake Forest; his siblings, Susan Roberts Bullard (Tom) of Hendersonville and Douglas Lamar Roberts (Lisa) of San Francisco, CA; and his grandchild Alexandria Constantine Roberts.
