We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2022, at the age of 83, Pearl Franks Justice of Flat Rock, North Carolina, born in Jefferson, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph P. Bowen and Rachel Chastain Dill; her former husband Thomas "Gene" Franks; and her daughter Renee Lamb. She is survived by: her children, Tim Franks (Angie), Chris Franks (Joell), Kerry Franks and Denya Franks; and her sister Castellow Hill. She is also survived by numerous stepchildren, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
