He was predeceased by: his parent Albert U. Stepp; and his siblings, William Stepp, Charlie Stepp and Louise Morrison. He is survived by: his parent Nellie Hyder Stepp; his sons, Jeff Stepp (Shawnee) of Flat Rock, Randy Stepp (Patsy) of Flat Rock, Travis Stepp of Flat Rock and Cale Stepp of Flat Rock; and his siblings, Donald, Cecil, Billy Stepp, Vickie Suttles and Vivian Allen. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
