She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd Cornelius Nesbitt; and her siblings, Faye Connor, Mattie G. Lavendar, Paul, Jim, James, Billie and Daniel Gilliam.
She is survived by: her son Gary James Nesbitt (Gail) of Flat Rock; her grandchild Amy Tolentino; her great grandchildren, Della Tolentino and Bailey Vest; and her sister Opal Walker. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
