He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Murray and Elsie Willoughby Murray; and his former wife Darlene Piper Murray. He is survived by: his brother Mike; his wife Joan; his brother Michael Murray (Susan); his children, Todd Murray of Rock Hill, SC and Laurel Hurd (Jon) of Roswell, GA; his grandchildren, Owen, Kate and Megan Hurd; his stepdaughter Susan Bigley (Todd) of Saluda, NC; his stepgranddaughter Madeline; his stepson Jon Schwinkendorf (Shari); his stepgrandchildren, Broc, Travis and Shelby; his grandson Blake; and also, Elizabeth Schwinkendorf (late Scott), Christopher and Mitchell.
