He is survived by: his wife Carol Swanson; his sons, Todd Swanson (Charity) and Kevin Swanson (Misty); his brother Dr. R. James Swanson (Gloria) of Lynchburg, VA; and his brother-in-law Pastor David Fraser of Roanoke, VA..
