He is survived by: his wife Hope Price Barlow; his children, Nicole Hope Barlow and Justin Terry Barlow; and his brothers, Dwayne Barlow of Ferguson, Gregory Barlow (Grecia) of Ferguson and Joey Barlow (Tammy) of Boomer.
