She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Cleveland and Runi Barnette Hamby; her husband Chelsie Eller Grose; her children, Grover Dale Grose, Randall Douglas Grose, Chelsie Paul Grose, Janette Elizabeth Grose and Mary Ellen Grose; her grandsons, Nathan Randall Grose and Kelly Dwight Payne; and her siblings, Warren Hamby, Arvil Hamby, Juanita Hamby Elledge and Mozelle Hamby Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Lane Grose (Amy) of Ferguson, Michael Eric Grose (Dinah) of Ferguson, Bennette Lee Grose (Renay) of Ferguson, Donna Marie Triplett (Stonie) of Ferguson and Rebecca Madge Dunn of Virginia; her grandchildren, Paula Brown, Lori Brown, Debra Walker, Melissa Hamby, Darcey Walker, Jody Grose, Stephanie Grose, Chad Grose, Lisa Grose, Jessica Payne, Chelsie Soulagnet, Shane Grose, Lee Grose, Justin Grose, Melissa Walker, Bryan Triplett, Rebecca Broyhill, Summer Minton and Connor Grose; and her siblings, A. E. Hamby of North Wilkesboro and Grace Sebastian (Fred) of Rock Creek. She is also survived by thirty-six great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.
