He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Dean. He is survived by: his mother Louella Hamby Marley of Ferguson; his children, Amanda Laws (Jeremiah) of Ferguson and Matthew Greene of Wilkesboro; and his grandchildren, Michael Griffith of Ferguson, Emma Laws of Ferguson and Josie Laws of Ferguson.
