It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Goforth of Ferguson, North Carolina, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Gray and Betty Jo Harrold Michael. She is survived by: her husband Gary Allan Goforth; her daughters, Nikki Blevins of Wilkesboro, Misty Dawn Cecile (Jason) of Wilkesboro and Heather Michelle Welch (Adam) of Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Jayda Kathleen Jarvis, Aidan Cecile (Lexi), Lorna Cecile, Corbin Cecile, Roland Cecile, Delyah Heninger and Bryson Heninger; her great grandchildren, Maddie Cecile and Luci Cecile; and her brother Tommy F. Michael (Denise) of Wilkesboro.
