He was predeceased by: his parent Lou Hodges; his son Larry Hodges; and his siblings, Glenn Hodges, John Church and Annie Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Reaona Hodges; his sons, Michael Hodges (Lynn) of Tarpon Springs, Jack Junior Hodges of Wilkesboro and Johnny Hodges (Alexandra) of Millers Creek; his grandchildren, Ryan Hodges, Coby Hodges, Noah Hodges, Alison Hodges and Julie Hodges; and his brother Clyde Church (Sharon) of Halifax, Virginia..
