He is survived by: his mother Virginia Faye Brewer Whitley of Lenoir; his wife Marie Eller Whitley of Ferguson; his son Danny Paul Lee Whitley (Natalie Lynn Treadaway) of Ferguson; his siblings, Teresa Darlene Walker (Gary) of Granite Falls and Larry Wayne Whitley of Lenoir; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda, Ellen, Trina, Shelly, Diane, Brandon, Joe, Josh, Shawn and Tommy.
