We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2024, at the age of 78, Blake Jones Carroll of Ferguson, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Blake departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Blake may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Blake leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint Jones Carroll and Betty Mae Pennell Carroll; and his wife Juanita Carolyn Eller Carroll. He is survived by: his children, Jeanette Shumate (Dwayne) of McGrady, Shirley Greene Drum (Dean Flint) and Doug Carroll (Tammy) of Moravian Falls; and his sister Mary Ann Severt (Jim) of Millers Creek. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 nephews.
