She was predeceased by: her parents, Everette Monroe and Selma Eller Huffman; and her siblings, Ruth Brown, Charlotte Greene, Maxine Church, Kate Huffman, Loretta Estes, Wayne Huffman of Ray Huffman, N. C. H and Loyd Huffman.
She is survived by: her husband Edwin Church; her children, Teresa Church Bynum (Clancy) of Ferguson and Dwight E. Church (Loretta) of North Wilkesboro; her granddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Church; and her sister Patricia Minton of Wilkesboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
