He is survived by: his father Michel Frank Collins; his wife Stephanie Elizabeth Collins; his children, Carley Collins, Noah Collins, Julian Wilson and Olivia Wilson; his sister Kristy Collins; and his niece Jaime Stone. He is also survived by cousins, family and friends.
