He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth F. Smalls; his children, Anthony Smalls, Shermaine Smalls (Loraine), Jermaine Smalls, Frederick Smalls (Megan), Corinn "Connie" McCray, Willene Cotten (Jeremiah), Melanie Smalls and LeKeta Clar; and his siblings, Larry Smalls, Eric Smalls, Gerald Smalls, Donald Smalls, Frankie Lee Smalls, Ronnie Smalls, Tyrone Smalls and Willene Haywood. He was also cherished by 25 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
