He is survived by: his wife Nancy Copenhaver Garman; his children, Karen Jackson and Ashley Garman; his daughter-in-law Nina Oman Garman; and his grandchildren, Laurel, Melissa, Jacob and Robert. He is also survived by 3 great granddaughters; and multiple nieces and nephews.
