He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Braddy and Milton Earl Capps; his wife Edna Marie Cummings; and his daughter Diana. He is survived by: his daughters, Marcella Burshia [Orville] of Arizona and Teresa Conoly [Lawrence] of Virginia; and his sisters, Dayne Crumpler of Raeford and Nancy Autry (Herman) of Raeford.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Galatia Presbyterian Church (8800 Galatia Church Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28304). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at the same location.
