He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Bullard; and his daughter Tara Lamb. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lamb of Fayetteville, NC; his stepdaughter Pam Fulcher of Fayetteville, NC; and his sons, Marcus Fulcher and Richard Fulcher of Fayetteville, NC. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
