It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paulette Starks of Fayetteville, North Carolina, who passed away on November 10, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Paulette shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Paulette farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard Starks Sr.; her children, Margaret D. Hamilton, Robert W. Hamilton and Leonard Starks Jr.; and her sister Bonita Minor. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
