It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula Jean Stephens Lawrence (Fayetteville, North Carolina), who passed away on May 5, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Pearlie Seller Furnish; her stepfather Robert Furnish; and her siblings, Rose Marie Rault and Leroy Stephens. She is survived by: her husband John Lawrence; her children, Dale Fogleman (Jean) of Rome, GA, Steven Fogleman of Hope Mills, David Whitehurst (Laura) of Fayetteville, Richard Whitehurst of Fayetteville, Sheila Bowen (Daniel) of Fayetteville and Katie Lawrence of Fayetteville; and her siblings, Barbara Hendricks of Hope Mills, Elizabeth Sivadon of Hope Mills, Robert Furnish of Honea Path, SC, Ronnie Furnish of Fayetteville, Scottie Furnish of Rome, GA and Johnny Furnish of Fayetteville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
