He was predeceased by: his father James H. Lewis; his daughter Danielle Craycraft; and his father-in-law Benjamin F. White. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his mother Minnie Lewis; his children, Brandy, Nathan, Danny, Dana, Tashia, Ben and Ashley; and his siblings, Sharon, April and James. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and a great grandson.
