In loving memory of Nancy M. Smith of Fayetteville, North Carolina, who departed this world on December 28, 2024 at the age of 87. Nancy leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Nancy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Nancy farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Oliver McQuage and Mary Magdelene Jones McQuage. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Roberts; her grandchildren, Jeb Carter and Angela Roberts; her brother Billy Wray (Shelley); her sister-in-law Alice Smith Devane (Danny); and her grandsons, Matthew Roberts, Alex Roberts and Tony Roberts. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Sunnyside Presbyterian Church (3997 Sunnyside School Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28312). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
