He is survived by: his parents, Sarah Summers and Michael Govan, Sr.; his grandparents, Annie Jackson and Charlie Govan; and his sisters, Chrystle Michael and Deanna Brigman. He is also survived by four nieces; three nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
