She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bullard and Edna Bullard of Mullins, SC.. She is survived by: her husband Vern.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rogers and Breece Funeral Home (500 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301).
