With solemn reverence, we commemorate Max C. McClellan of Fayetteville, North Carolina, whose life came to an end on January 20, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, George McClellan and Eunile McClellan; his wife Mildred McClellan; his son Harold McClellan; and his grandson Jonathan McClellan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dale McClellan (Kathryn), DeArvin McClellan (Doris) and Clydeann McClellan; his children, Max McClellan Jr. (Donna), David McClellan (Charmayne) and Dana McClellan (Karen); his daughters-in-law, Della McClellan and Kerbeline Carter (Pete); his family, Max III, Kristina, Jeff, Melonie Rumler, Matthew, Rae, Christopher, Kaira, Stephen, Kristi, Kyle, Jessica, Luke, Christina (Emerson), Sam (Leah) and Kendall (Easton); and his great great grandchildren, Malik and Zeke. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faymont Baptist Church (4205 Cumberland Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28306). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
