She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cannady, Sr. and Willie Lee Clark Williams; her daughter Erma Dean Denson Johnson; her brother Robert Cannady Jr.; her husband Freddie Denson; and her grandsons, Damian Denson, Antoine Denson and Joshua Calhoun.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jean Harris and Carl Clark; her children, Freddie Lee Denson, Grady Lee Denson, Wayne Denson, Antonio Denson, Clifford Denson, Latonya Denson, Michael Garvin and Patricia Dixon; and her siblings-in-law, Bertie Ree Ware (Harry), Valerie Burns (Leroy), Bermon Denson (Salena) and Carlton Denson. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church (121 Mt Olive Church Rd, Register, GA 30452). A burial was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at the New Bethlehem Baptist Church (660 Dekle Rd, Register, GA 30452).
