In the sacred silence of farewell, Mae is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She is survived by: her children, Venesta White, Sabrina McKeithan, Antoinette Tate, Robert Whitted and Stephanie Thomas; and her siblings, Wyomia Edison, Helen Bell, Joann Shipman and Scharma Holloway. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; and other family and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wiseman Mortuary (431 Cumberland St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church (1217 Murchison Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28301).
