She was predeceased by: her parents, C. L. Tackel and Juanita Tackel; her brother Kirk Tackel; her husband Gary Wieland; and her son Christopher McArthur.

She is survived by: her son Brant McArthur (Whitney); and her grandsons, Kyle McArthur and Reece McArthur.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Rogers and Breece Funeral Home (500 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rogers and Breece Chapel (500 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301).
