He was predeceased by: his mother Velma Regan; and his grandparents, Bristol and Emma Bell Regan. He is survived by: his cousin Fordie McDowell (McNeil) of Elizabethtown; and his nieces, Tangela McDowell (Davis), Noel McNeil of Concord and Courtney Davis of Charlotte. He is also survived by other cousins, family, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Colvin Funeral Home Chapel (2010 Murchison Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A burial will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at the Rockfish Memorial Park (4017 Gillespie St, Fayetteville, NC 28306).
