He was predeceased by: his brother S. Joel Hedgecoe. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Piner Hedgecoe; his children, Elizabeth Hedgecoe Neyle (Edmund) and Berton Lee Hedgecoe (Brittany); his grandchildren, Virginia Neyle, Madeline Hedgecoe, Witsell Neyle and Emma Hedgecoe; his sister-in-law Margaret Hedgecoe; his nephew David Hedgecoe; his niece Anne Hedgecoe Smith; and his brother-in-law Tom Piner (Teresa). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and so many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cedar Falls Baptist Church (6181 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28311). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cedar Falls Baptist Church.
