With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lee A. Monroe of Fayetteville, North Carolina, who passed away on November 6, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Lee departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lee. Though Lee may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his wife Eva; his children, Kenneth L. Monroe (Deidre), Jimmy L. Monroe (Tia), Eric Monroe (Amy), Kendra Monroe and Craig Monroe; and his sisters, Janice Robinson (Roy) and Debra Hill (Woodrow). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
