She was predeceased by: her father Gregg Stephens; her aunt Susan Hogge; and her cousin Breanna Hogge. She is survived by: her mother Mary Stephens (Hogge) of Taylorville; her husband Brandon Anthony of Fayetteville; her children, Levi of Taylorville, Logan of Taylorville, Lane of Taylorville and Landon Ruyle of Taylorville; her grandchildren, Mayzie, Kynsleigh, Audree and Lincoln; her siblings, Joshua Stephens (Debbie) of Taylorville, Jacob Stephens of Taylorville and Lacey Stephens of Taylorville; and her grandparents, Jerry Hogge and Jody Hogge of Taylorville. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
